1. Does Wuxingflow ship to my country?

We ship to almost all countries in the world, but the following countries are excluded due to shipping restrictions. We are very sorry about this and will continue to work hard.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping for orders over 80 EUR. Otherwise, premium shipping costs 5 EUR.

PS: During the promotional season, we have a site-wide free shipping promotion. Stay tuned!

1. "Free shipping for orders over 80 EUR" only applies to regular-priced items, not free shipping items.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the weight of the item and your shipping location. We strive to ensure that shipping costs are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of the shipping companies. Therefore, even for free products, you still need to pay for shipping.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Delivery time

(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Order processing time: 2-5 business days.
Standard delivery time: 7-20 business days.
Wrong delivery information

If you enter the wrong delivery address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to enter the delivery address correctly. We cannot redirect the package to another delivery address after we process and ship it.

4. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with relevant information. After that, you can click "Track My Order" to track the delivery status.

5. Why has your package been shipped but the delivery information has not been updated?

The product can only be shipped after it is handmade and the blessing ceremony is completed. It usually takes 3 to 5 days.

So don't worry, just wait 3-5 days to update the information.

6. What if the package does not arrive?

If you still don't receive the package after 60 days of shipment, please contact us at service@wuxingflow.com. We will resend you a new one or refund you in full.
