Can I return or exchange my item? 

Yes! You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.   Whether it's the wrong size, the product is damaged, or you simply changed your mind, we're happy to help you get a refund or exchange!  

What if I don't like my product? 

It's unfortunate, but we want to make this smooth. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, which means if you simply don't like your item, just ask for a return.  

How do I return an item?

We will respond within 24-48 hours with the return address. 

You can return an item as long as it is unused. It is best if the packaging is intact!  

Once we receive the item, we will refund or exchange it. 

For refunds, we will issue a refund within 5 days of receiving the item. 

We pay your refund via credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your bank. 

For returns or exchanges, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. This is to minimize the possibility of lost packages. 

Do I need to pay for return shipping? 

Yes, you will need to pay for shipping if you wish to return the item to us. You can send the item back using the carrier of your choice. 

To ensure you have a pleasant experience, we strongly recommend that you use a tracking service when returning your item. 

Can I cancel my order? 

If you accidentally placed an order or simply changed your mind, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately and refund the full amount.
